Biography

Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, a Master of Science in Kinesiology, and a Certificate in Adapted Physical Education for Special Populations from Cal State Hayward. She possesses a Community College Teaching Credential from the California Department of Education. Toni teaches various courses including Core Conditioning, Vinyasa Yoga, Running & Core, Cross Training, Conditioning, and Mindfulness Stress Management. In addition, she serves as a Yoga Coach for the Cal Intercollegiate Athletics programs, specifically working with Football, Women’s Rowing, and Women’s Club Rugby. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is also a dancer, violinist, triathlete, rock climber, and equestrian.
