Biography

Toni Whited is the Frederick G.L. Huetwell Professor of Economics at the University of Michigan's Department of Economics. She has extensive experience in financial economics, with a particular focus on corporate finance and structural estimation. Whited earned her Ph.D. from Princeton University and has held academic positions at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Rochester. Before her current role at the University of Michigan, she worked at the Ross School of Business, further solidifying her expertise in economics.
