Biography

Tracey Camilleri is a co-founder of a leadership and organisational development consultancy, Thompson Harrison. At Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, she designs and directs bespoke senior development programmes. Tracey is known for her innovative design approach, which emphasizes the humanities in an increasingly mechanized world. Throughout her career, she co-founded the consulting firm WMC Communications and has held positions such as an associate at a private investment bank, Allen and Company, and new business director at Marshall Cavendish, a publishing company. She has also worked as an English teacher at St Paul’s Girls’ School in London and as a research associate at Bain & Company. Additionally, she served as the director of communications for the charity Family Links. Tracey earned her MA in English Literature from Oxford University, achieving first-class honours.
