Tracy McCormack is a senior lecturer with expertise in civil trial and appeals, mediation, and arbitration. He teaches Texas Law courses in torts, evidence, trial advocacy, and previously served as Texas Law’s director of advocacy from 2000 to 2022. His recent publications explore issues associated with the decline of the jury trial, privatization of the justice system, and the appropriate use of alternative dispute resolution in the legal system. His involvement in advocacy training spans nationally and internationally, having completed a notable arbitration training course.
