Biography

Trang Ngoc Cao received her Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia, in 2020. She also holds a Master of Science degree in electronics radio engineering from Kyung Hee University, South Korea, earned in 2015, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics telecommunications from the Posts Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Vietnam, in 2012. Currently, she is a research fellow at the School of Psychological Sciences and the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health at Monash University. From 2018 to 2019, she was a visiting research scholar at the Friedrich Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. Her research focuses on understanding brain anatomy and function in health and disease using MRI. She collaborates extensively in communications neuroscience and has related expertise in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), neuroimaging, computational neuroscience, and modeling communications. Throughout her career, she has contributed to various research projects and publications related to these topics.
