Biography

Tridu Huynh, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, specializing in Hospital Medicine at Stanford University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Biomedical Research from the University of California, Los Angeles. He later obtained his medical degree from the University of Vermont - College of Medicine. Dr. Huynh completed the KL2-funded American Board of Internal Medicine physician-scientist pathway focusing on immuno-oncology research at Scripps Clinic and Scripps Research Institute, where he studied novel immunotherapy combinations and their effects on tumor-infiltrating T-cells and natural killer cells in lung cancer. His fellowship in Hematology/Oncology was conducted at the University of California, San Diego, where he designed clinical trials for lung cancer and Kaposi sarcoma. His research has been published in prestigious journals including the Journal of Clinical Investigation and Nature Scientific Reports. Dr. Huynh continues to practice clinically as a hospitalist with ongoing research interests in translational immunology and molecular biology, leveraging machine learning capabilities. His clinical focus is on Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, Immunology, and Rare Diseases.
