Biography

Trish Beck is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Policy Studies, and Administration, Leadership, and Technology at NYU Steinhardt. Trish has held numerous leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Assistant Vice President, Director, and Manager. She believes in the power of relationships and emphasizes the importance of mentorship and coaching within her teams. Committed to fostering a student-centered approach, Trish is dedicated to creating safe and supportive environments for students to excel. Her passion for teaching led her to develop various learning curricula focused on leadership innovation at multiple levels of education policy.
