Biography

Trisha Lynn Arnold is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University and serves as a Research Scientist in the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Rhode Island Hospital. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Jackson State University in 2019, following a health psychology-focused internship at Duke University Medical Center. She is an active member of the Brown Research Implementation Dissemination Guide Evidence Use (BRIDGE) Program and currently serves as the Principal Investigator for an Early Career Development Award from the National Institute of Mental Health, focusing on a five-year project aimed at increasing pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use in Mississippi. Additionally, she co-leads the Providence/Boston CFAR Implementation Science HIV Scientific Working Group.
