Biography

Troy Sebastian is a writer from the Ktunaxa community ʔaq̓am. His work includes a long list of achievements and recognitions within Canadian literature. In 2018, he was longlisted for the CBC Short Story Prize. His prominence continued with the 2019 Writers’ Trust Journey Prize and further accolades, including a 2020 nomination for the CBC Poetry Prize as a Writer’s Trust Rising Star.
