Professor Dr. Uffe Bødtger

Biography

Uffe Bødtger is a Professor of Respiratory Medicine at the University of Southern Denmark and serves as the Head of Research at the Zealand University Hospital, specifically in the Research Unit for Respiratory Medicine located in Roskilde. His primary research interests encompass a range of topics within respiratory medicine, including lung cancer, chronic lung diseases, pleural effusion, and the use of advanced ultrasonography techniques such as EBUS and EUS. He actively contributes to the scientific community through various projects focused on health promotion and disease prevention related to respiratory issues. Bødtger has been involved in significant collaborations and has taken leadership roles in numerous seminars, workshops, and conferences.
