Urbashi Mitra received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1987 and 1989 respectively. Her recent projects involve joint communication, control, and sensing problems, particularly in mobile health and networked systems. She has published extensively and received numerous accolades for her contributions to the field.
