Valeri Frolov is a Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Alberta, Canada. He obtained his Master’s degree in 1970 from Moscow State University and completed his PhD in 1973 at the P.N. Lebedev Physical Institute in Russia. Frolov was a leading scientist at the P.N.
