Valerie Bartlett is an Adjunct Lecturer with the Commerce Program and a Team Performance Coach with the MBA and Master of Management programs at the Smith School of Business. Alongside her teaching, she is also a part-time faculty member at St. Lawrence College and Lambton College, delivering courses to domestic and international students. Moreover, as an HR Associate at Business Sherpa Group, she provides consulting services to SMEs and conducts Quality Assurance audits of partner schools to ensure adherence to educational standards. Valerie is committed to being a positive catalyst for change in education, helping students realize their full potential through coaching and mentorship.
