Verity Harte is the George Saden Professor of Philosophy and Classics at Yale University, specializing in ancient philosophy. She studied Classics and Philosophy at Cambridge University, where she earned her BA in Classics along with M.Phil and PhD degrees in Philosophy. Currently, she is working on a monograph for Cambridge University Press concerning Plato’s Philebus, along with additional research projects related to Plato’s Republic and concepts of memory and pleasure. Harte is also open to advising graduate students on a range of topics within Greco-Roman philosophy.
