Biography

Veronika Shabanova is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Biostatistics at Yale University. With over 20 years of experience as a researcher and statistician in both academia and industry, she specializes in statistical epidemiological methods applicable to a wide range of studies. Her work includes developing testable hypotheses, designing research studies, utilizing randomization algorithms, and considering analytical methods corresponding to specific study designs. Dr. Shabanova's statistical expertise encompasses survival analysis and multi-level/longitudinal techniques.
