Victor B. Sáenz serves as associate dean for Student Success, Community Engagement, and Administration in the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin. He also holds the L. D. Haskew Centennial Professorship in Public School Administration within the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy. Sáenz's work primarily focuses on improving educational outcomes for underserved students, with a particular emphasis on boys and young men of color.
