Biography

Victoria Campbell-Arvai is an interdisciplinary scholar who seeks to explore theoretically interesting questions with an applied twist. Her research focuses on how people use information to form judgments, make decisions, and adopt environmentally significant behaviors. She employs mixed methods to explore various questions, including surveys, survey-based experiments, focus groups, and interviews, engaging the community in participatory research. Additionally, she has worked primarily in contexts such as Food, Energy & Climate, and Urban Ecosystems/Ecosystem Services, while expanding her scope of work to include conservation-related topics.
