Biography

Vidyan Ravinthiran is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at Harvard University, where he specializes in the study of literary form, post-Romantic thought, and poetics. With a solid academic background that includes a B.A. from the University of Oxford and advance degrees from the University of Cambridge, Ravinthiran has made significant contributions to the field through both his teaching and publications. His books include 'Spontaneity Form Modern Prose' (forthcoming OUP, 2021) and 'Million-Petalled Flower' (Bloodaxe, 2019), which has garnered several accolades including the Northern Writers Award.
