Vijay Srinivas Tata is a Lecturer at Columbia Law School and has extensive experience in international financial transactions, practicing for over 20 years. Mr. Tata started his career as an associate at the corporate group of Davis Polk & Wardwell from 1983 to 1987. He has also held leadership positions within the American Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair of the International Commercial Transactions Committee and on the Corporation Law and Securities Law Committees of the Bar Association of the City of New York.
