Vincent DeVita is the Amy Joseph Perella Professor of Medicine at Yale School of Medicine and the Director of the Yale Cancer Center. He hold a distinguished position in the field of oncology, having spent the early part of his career at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Dr. DeVita also co-authored a personal memoir detailing the struggle against cancer that emphasizes the progress made in oncology over the past decades.
