Biography

Vincent Keating is an Associate Professor responsible for the Master's program in International Security Law at the University of Southern Denmark. His research focuses on the legitimacy of trust in international relations, especially related to NGOs and the influence of Russian conservative soft power. He explores dilemmas surrounding human rights and war, and is currently the Principal Investigator for a Novo Nordisk Foundation-funded project on sustainable futures for new generations of farmers, which aims to identify sociological barriers to green policies. Additionally, he is a Co-Principal Investigator on a project funded by Industriens Fond that promotes cyber supply chain resilience for Danish SMEs in the context of shifting geopolitical conditions. Keating has published extensively in leading journals such as the International Studies Quarterly and the British Journal of Politics and International Relations. Prior to his current position, he lectured at the University of Durham and held a visiting professorship at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
