Vincent Marchesi is an Anthony N. Brady Professor Emeritus in the Department of Pathology at Yale School of Medicine. In 1991, he became the director of the Boyer Center for Molecular Medicine. He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Medicine. Dr. Marchesi's research focuses on Alzheimer's disease, investigating the pathological processes involved in neuronal cell death and the potential role of auto-antibodies against amyloid beta peptides.
