Biography

Vincent van Hoof is an associate professor in the Department of Legal History at Radboud University. He is also a researcher at the Business and Law Research Centre. His academic path includes a PhD thesis completed in 2015 titled 'Generale zekerheidsrechten rechtshistorisch perspectief', which investigated the historical development of secured transactions in France and the Netherlands across different time periods.
