Vivian Auyeung is a psychologist specializing in optimizing medicines use. Her research significantly contributes to the NHS agenda by understanding the information needs regarding medicines and the effectiveness of pharmacist-delivered interventions that support adherence to medication. Her work is grounded in theoretical models of health psychology, which help to elucidate the factors that influence medicine-taking behavior. Currently, she serves as the Clinical Research Coordinator for the Pharmaceutical Sciences Clinical Academic Group (CAG), supporting the continual development of King's Health Partners' pharmacy clinical academic workforce. Additionally, Vivian teaches courses in medicines adherence, consultation skills, and research methodology in the MPharm program and the PG Cert/Dip/MSc in Pharmacy Practice. Her contributions have led to the creation of massive open online courses (MOOCs) on medicines adherence through FutureLearn, with significant engagement from learners. Vivian also plays a role in delivering Level 1 training modules at KHP’s Centre for Adherence Research Education.
Requirements are consistent across King's Business School and Social Science & Public Policy departments for standard Master's entries.
