Biography

Vivien joined Gustavson School of Business in 2006 and serves as the academic director of the Master of Management program. Previously, she oversaw the academic direction of the school’s MBA and BCom programs. As an associate teaching professor, Vivien works with students at all levels—graduate, post-graduate, and undergraduate. Her research interests include collaboration, employee engagement, leadership, and change management. Vivien’s research has been published in several prestigious journals, including Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and American Behavioral Scientist. She also acts as a facilitator and advisor to numerous corporate clients and collaborates with the Gustavson School of Business Executive Education department to design short courses and leadership development programs for various organizations. Vivien is recognized as a skilled facilitator who is able to engage diverse audiences, encourage various perspectives, and help articulate common and engaging goals.
