Dr. Vivien Lim

Biography

Vivien K. G. Lim is a Professor at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies within the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and has a joint appointment in the Department of Management & Organization at the NUS Business School at the National University of Singapore. Recognized as a leading scholar, she conducts research in areas such as job insecurity, cyberloafing, information technology, workplace misbehavior, and workplace health and well-being. Her contributions to academia are notable, with publications in prestigious journals including the Academy Management Journal and the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. Lim has also held key roles in academic leadership and has directed various executive programs focused on leadership development. She actively engages in research consultancy, collaborating with major organizations both in the private and public sectors. Lim has received multiple teaching awards and is a member of the Teaching Excellence Council at the NUS Business School.
