Dr. Vladimir Ayvazyan

Biography

Vladimir Ayvazyan, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in disease prevention and the treatment of chronic illnesses. He joined USC Student Health in November 2018. Ayvazyan earned his medical degree from Ross University in Dominica and completed his residency in internal medicine at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn. As a Clinical Associate Professor in Family Medicine, he focuses on educating his students and patients about health maintenance and chronic illness management. An avid swimmer, Ayvazyan encourages his patients to find effective ways to relieve stress and achieve a balanced life, which includes prioritizing diet, exercise, academic responsibilities, and time spent with family and friends.
