Biography

Vladimir Vinogradov holds a Professor position at the University of Toronto, Scarborough and has an additional appointment as a Professor of Mathematics at Ohio University. He earned his M.Sc. in Mathematics and Ph.D. in Probability Statistics from Moscow State University, where his dissertation was published in the monograph "Refined Large Deviation Limit Theorems."
