Biography

Vokhid Urinov holds an LLB and LLM from Tashkent State University of Law and an additional LLM from Frankfurt University. He completed his Doctorate (DCL) at McGill University, focusing on tax law. Since joining UNB Law as an Assistant Professor in July 2015, he has developed expertise in Canadian tax law and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on personal taxation, corporate taxation, international taxation, business organizations, and corporate finance. His work has been published in various peer-reviewed journals, including the Bulletin of International Taxation and the Law, Social Justice & Global Development Journal, showcasing his active engagement with pressing tax law challenges.
