Geoffrey Chan received a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering degrees from Carleton University, followed by a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received the U.S. National Science Foundation CAREER award, highlighting his contributions to research and teaching in electrical and computer engineering.
