Biography

Warren D. Seider has served as a professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania for over 56 years. He has authored or co-authored a total of 165 journal articles and seven textbooks. In his role, he has led a design project course for over 40 years, working closely with practicing engineers in the Philadelphia area. Seider was instrumental in organizing the CACHE Corporation in 1969, where he has served as chairman and remains active.
