Waverly Wei is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Data Sciences and Operations at the USC Marshall School of Business. She holds a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of California, Berkeley. Her research interests lie at the intersection of adaptive experiments and causal inference, focusing specifically on the design and analysis of adaptive experiments that deliver reliable causal evidence with statistical guarantees. Her work emphasizes applications in e-commerce and precision medicine, striving to develop methodologies that can efficiently generate insights from complex data.
