Biography

Wei Hu received her PhD from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed her postdoctoral training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Her research focuses on developing and utilizing novel genetic, biochemical, and chemical biological tools, as well as combination high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics, to study the differentiation and function of T lymphocytes. Currently, her lab's major focus is understanding the biology of regulatory T cells, especially their context-specific functions in diverse physiological and pathological settings.
