Dr. Wenjing Zhang

Biography

Wenjing Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science at the University of Guelph. Her research interests lie in AI Security, Cybersecurity, Federated Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). She has contributed to significant advancements in the field through various conference and journal publications. Wenjing's recent work includes developing proactive defense models against poisoning attacks in federated learning systems and optimizing resource allocation for wireless-powered edge learning systems. She has been recognized for her collaborative research efforts and has published in reputable journals and conferences, such as the IEEE Transactions on Dependable Secure Computing and the Neural Information Processing Systems Conference. Wenjing remains dedicated to exploring innovative approaches in addressing contemporary challenges in computer security and machine learning.
