Biography

Wilkins Aquino obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and both his Master’s and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining the faculty at Duke University, he served as an associate professor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Cornell University.
