Biography

Will Felps is an Associate Professor in the Business School of Management and Governance at UNSW. He obtained his PhD in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington in 2007. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Texas, he teaches and conducts research on a wide range of management-related topics. His current research interests include human resource management, leadership and motivation, team effectiveness, and business ethics.
