Will Howard is a Visiting Fellow at the Fenner School of Environment and Society within the Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solutions at the Australian National University. He leads research on climate science adaptation, climate policy, and negative emissions issues. Dr. Howard earned his Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from Brown University and has served as a Global Change Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at Columbia University. He is a member of the National Committee on Earth System Science and continues to research marine climate change, particularly the impacts of ocean acidification.
