Biography

William D. Burgos is a Professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. He focuses his research on bioremediation and biogeochemistry, specifically addressing the environmental challenges posed by organic contaminants, heavy metals, and radionuclides.
