Biography

William M. (Bil) Clemons, Jr. is an academic at the California Institute of Technology, specializing in the field of Biochemistry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute State University in 1995 and his Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 2000.
