Biography

A native of the South Bay Area, Dr. Lewis brings 25 years of professional experience in the field of otolaryngology. He graduated with highest honors from UC Davis in biochemistry and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He received his medical education from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Lewis is board certified in Otolaryngology and is a Qualified Medical Evaluator, licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, and licensed X-Ray Supervisor/Operator. He has served as the past president of the Santa Clara County Medical Association and as the past Chief of Medical Staff at Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Lewis treats children and adults for general ear, nose, and throat diseases, with a special interest in hearing and balance problems, chronic ear infections, sudden hearing loss, and vertigo. He enjoys an eclectic mix of interests outside of work, including sporting events, running, swimming, cycling, golfing, and basketball, and finds satisfaction in do-it-yourself home projects, especially woodworking. He loves to get outdoors and commune with nature.
