Biography

Professor Bill Morgan is the Managing Director of the Lions Eye Institute and a Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Western Australia. Professor Morgan is also an inventor of patents for glaucoma surgical devices, including the XEN gelatine stent and the Virna glaucoma drainage device. He is an enthusiastic educator and frequently teaches in both Indonesia and Australia, fostering interest among students in the field of Ophthalmology. Additionally, he has been invited to speak at numerous international conferences on ophthalmology, showcasing his expertise and contributions to the field.
