Biography

William Van Woensel received his PhD in Applied Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. His work has garnered four paper awards across various fields. Additionally, he has co-organized the premier Artificial Intelligence in Medicine conference series (AIME) and DeclarativeAI workshops. His research has been funded by multiple grants from organizations such as the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada and Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation.
