Biography

Dr. Welton served as MHA Program Director from 2001 to 2012. Prior to joining the University of Washington faculty, he founded the School of Public Health at MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA. From 1972 to 1994, Dr. Welton occupied a variety of senior management leadership roles at some of the nation's leading academic medical centers in health systems.
