Wolfgang Maison is a Full Professor of Pharmaceutical Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Hamburg. He then held an Associate Professorship in Organic Chemistry at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen before returning to the University of Hamburg as a Full Professor. Throughout his career, Maison has contributed significantly to the fields of chemical modeling, biofilms, tumor targeting, and antifouling surfaces.
