Xiaojun Zeng received his B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and M.Sc. degree in Control Theory Operations Research from Xiamen University, China. He has also participated in multiple funded research projects, including significant EU Framework Programme projects. Dr. Zeng serves the academic community as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems and has held leadership roles in various IEEE conferences. He is actively involved in advancing education and training in emerging fields, particularly through projects like IoTRAIN, aimed at improving IoT skills in higher education institutions in Iran.
