Biography

Xiaoming Li received his PhD from the University of Strathclyde in 1994 and subsequently worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Sheffield. He joined Massey University in 1997, where he has taught various economics papers at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has supervised numerous research reports and theses. He has successfully guided four PhD students to completion. His research interests encompass macroeconomics, financial economics, international economics, and the Chinese economy. He holds roles as a joint professor at Nanjing University and as an adjunct professor at the University of Macau.
