Xin Wang received his PhD from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He worked as a research fellow at the Robotics Research Center at NTU from 2007 to 2009. Wang began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering & Science at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman from 2009 to 2012. He has authored and co-authored over seventy peer-reviewed journal papers and two book chapters, reflecting his extensive contributions to the field. Wang is a Chartered Engineer and a Senior Member of IEEE.
