Biography

Xinning obtained his PhD from Australian National University. His research areas include auditing, business ethics, and sustainability. His work has been published in prominent journals such as Accounting, Organizations and Society, European Accounting Review, British Accounting Review, and Journal of Business Ethics. He serves as Deputy Editor on the editorial boards of Accounting & Finance and Accounting Horizons, and is also an editorial board member of the International Journal of Auditing and the Australian Accounting Review. Xinning is an ad-hoc reviewer for several journals including Contemporary Accounting Research and Behavioral Research in Accounting. He is an active member of the American Accounting Association's Auditing Section Planning Committee and an executive member of the Auditing Assurance Special Interest Group in the Accounting & Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, he is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).
