Biography

Xun Cao received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2007. He joined Penn State as a post-doctoral fellow at the Niehaus Center of the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University and previously served as a Lecturer in the Department of Government at the University of Essex. His recent research interests encompass environmental climate change policies, politics of security, and political geography.
