Yağmur Heffron is a lecturer in the History of the Ancient Middle East at University College London (UCL) Faculty of Social and Historical Sciences. An archaeologist specializing in ancient Anatolia, her research explores the convergence of material culture and textual history. She has conducted fieldwork at numerous sites in Turkey and is currently involved in several archaeological projects, including her role as Assistant Director of the Uşaklı Höyük Archaeological Project.
